Hi everyone! I’m starting my second week of volunteering here in Córdoba, and I’m finally all settled in.
Yesterday, it rained most of the day, so I took the chance to relax. We’ve already had three power cuts, and many cafes are currently closed.
Today, I returned to the farm and was introduced to a kindergarten group that uses the farm during the week. The friendly staff introduced me to the children, and soon enough, they were calling my name, William!
The kids come from underprivileged areas around Córdoba and seemed to really enjoy their time working with the farm staff. I helped prepare art materials for their class and assisted another volunteer in moving loads of muck and dung into a wheelbarrow.
